LOVVE International provides global food brokerage services, including:

• Sourcing and procurement of food products
• Quality control and verification services
• Logistics and supply chain management
• Market intelligence and consulting

Orders and Payment

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance processes
• Force majeure events
• Carrier delays beyond our control
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Quality and Inspection

We conduct pre-shipment inspections to ensure product quality. Claims for defects or discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LOVVE International and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOVVE International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
