Certifications & Standards.
We work exclusively with certified, audited production facilities.
Supplier Certification Requirements
Every facility in our supplier network must demonstrate compliance with one or more of the following internationally recognized standards.
ISO 22000
Food Safety Management Systems
The international standard for food safety management. We work exclusively with suppliers whose facilities hold valid ISO 22000 certification, ensuring systematic identification and control of food safety hazards throughout the supply chain.
HACCP
Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points
A preventive approach to food safety that identifies potential hazards and establishes critical control points in the production process. Every supplier we partner with must demonstrate a fully implemented HACCP plan, verified through our on-site audits.
FSSC 22000
Food Safety System Certification
A GFSI-benchmarked certification scheme that combines ISO 22000 with sector-specific prerequisite programs (ISO/TS 22002-1). Preferred by major retailers and food manufacturers. Several of our key suppliers hold this advanced certification.
GMP
Good Manufacturing Practices
The baseline standard for food manufacturing hygiene and quality. Our factory audits specifically verify GMP compliance including facility design, equipment maintenance, personnel hygiene, pest control, sanitation, and raw material handling protocols.
Organic Certification
USDA Organic / EU Organic / JAS
For buyers requiring organic-certified products, we source from producers holding valid USDA NOP, EU Organic (EC 834/2007), or JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard) certification. Organic chain-of-custody documentation is maintained from producer to port.
Phytosanitary Compliance
ISPM 15 & Plant Health Certificates
All agricultural exports are accompanied by phytosanitary certificates issued by the national plant protection organization of the origin country, confirming the shipment is free from quarantine pests and meets the import requirements of the destination country.

Destination-Specific Compliance
Import regulations vary significantly by country. Our trade compliance team stays current on the specific documentation requirements, maximum residue limits (MRL), labeling standards, and certification needs for each destination market — including EU, USA, Japan, Middle East, and East Africa.
If your destination country has specific requirements beyond the standards listed above (e.g., BRC, IFS, Kosher, Halal, JAS Organic), we can source from appropriately certified suppliers. Contact us with your requirements.
