Inquiry & Requirement Analysis
Understanding Exactly What You Need
Every partnership starts with a detailed conversation. You share your product specifications, target volumes, destination market, and quality requirements. Our sourcing team then analyzes the request against our current supplier network, product availability, and pricing models to prepare a tailored response.
What You Receive
We ask the right questions upfront so there are no surprises later: What grade do you need? Which certifications (organic, Kosher, Halal)? What's your target landed cost? Do you need private labeling? What are your destination country's specific import requirements? This thoroughness saves weeks down the line.
Sample Evaluation & Approval
Test Before You Commit
We send you physical product samples drawn from actual production batches — not special exhibition-grade stock. Samples arrive with complete specification sheets and third-party lab analysis reports. You evaluate quality, taste, aroma, color, and granularity before any commitment.
What You Receive
Samples are sourced directly from the production facility that will fulfill your order. This ensures the quality you approve in the evaluation is identical to the quality you receive in bulk. If the first sample doesn't meet your requirements, we can source alternatives from other verified suppliers in our network at no additional cost.
Contract & Payment Terms
Clear Terms, No Ambiguity
Once you approve the sample, we formalize the agreement — product specification, quantity, price per unit, Incoterms (FOB/CIF/CFR), payment schedule, shipping window, and quality claims procedure. Every detail is documented in a professional sales contract.
What You Receive
Our standard payment terms for first-time buyers are 30% advance (T/T) upon contract signing and 70% against copy of Bill of Lading. For repeat buyers, we offer 100% CAD (Cash Against Documents) or irrevocable L/C at sight. Pricing is locked upon contract signing, protecting you from market fluctuations during the production period.
Production & Quality Monitoring
Eyes on the Ground, Every Step
Production begins at the verified facility. Our on-ground quality team in the origin country conducts in-process checks: raw material inspection, production line monitoring, moisture and purity testing, and packaging quality verification. This isn't remote oversight — our inspectors are physically present at the factory.
What You Receive
For high-value or first-time orders, we can arrange for you to join factory visits remotely via video call. Our inspectors check raw material incoming quality, production line hygiene, equipment calibration records, batch traceability systems, and finished goods storage conditions — all against the specification agreed in your contract.
Third-Party Lab Testing
Independent Verification, No Compromises
Before any shipment leaves the facility, representative batch samples are sent to an independent, accredited third-party laboratory for comprehensive testing. Results are compared against the specification limits agreed in your contract — and against your destination country's regulatory requirements.
What You Receive
Our partner labs hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. Testing scope includes: Total Plate Count, E. coli, Salmonella, yeast & mold counts, aflatoxin levels, moisture content, water activity (Aw), and a full pesticide residue screen covering 300+ compounds. For organic products, we also verify the authenticity of organic certification through the chain-of-custody documentation.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
The Final Check Before Loading
This is the last quality gate before your goods leave the country. Our trained inspector visits the facility to physically inspect the finished, packed goods against the contract specification. The container is also inspected for cleanliness and structural integrity before loading begins.
What You Receive
The PSI is your last line of defense. Our inspector checks the finished goods against the contract specification — moisture levels, appearance, packaging quality, correct labeling (including lot/batch numbers and expiry dates), carton count, and total net weight. We also inspect the container for cleanliness, structural integrity, and odor before loading begins. The container seal number is recorded and shared with you immediately.
Shipping & Export Documentation
From Port to Port, Fully Documented
We coordinate the entire export logistics chain — inland transport to port, container booking, fumigation (if required), customs clearance, and vessel booking. All export documentation is prepared and shared digitally for your customs clearance at destination.
What You Receive
We work with trusted freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure the best rates and transit times. Real-time tracking is provided once the vessel departs. For CIF orders, we arrange marine cargo insurance covering 110% of invoice value per ICC (A) terms. All documents are prepared to meet the specific requirements of your destination country's customs authority.
Delivery & After-Sales Support
The Relationship Doesn't End at the Port
Once the shipment arrives at your destination port, we remain available to assist with any customs queries, documentation clarifications, or quality concerns. Our goal is to build a long-term partnership, not just complete a single transaction.
What You Receive
We actively follow up after every delivery to collect your feedback on product quality, packaging, and overall service. This feedback loop drives continuous improvement in our supply chain. For repeat buyers, we offer forward contract pricing to protect against seasonal price fluctuations, priority allocation during tight supply periods, and dedicated account management.
